Ilion Man Charged With Burglary

An Ilion man was arrested after police allegedly found him to be in possession of "burglar's tools."

24-Year old Scott S. Whaley was taken into custody following a complaint from a business.

Whaley is facing burglary, criminal mischief, larceny, and drug charges along with criminal possession of burglar's tools.  He is being held at the Herkimer County Correctional Facility while he awaits a court appearance.
