- Halloween is tomorrow and it's important to remember the obvious safety tips and the tips you haven't thought about. Tonya J. Powers of Fox News Radio is on to explain them all.

7 AM Hour

- Election Day is a week from yesterday and we're starting to get in some candidates for local races. Katie Aiello-Martin is the owner of Character Coffee and she's running for the Council seat currently held by Maria McNeil-Pezzollena.

- Lt. Bryan Coromato is the UPD Public Information Officer. He joins us for a quick update on the shooting earlier this week at the Mohawk Street Hannaford in Utica.

- Tom Mumau is a Utica resident and current Ithaca college student. He has interviewed all three mayoral candidates running in Utica. He even got the exclusive with Republican candidate Matt Arcuri.

8 AM Hour

- President Trump spent most of the day yesterday blasting the witness, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, as being a "Never Trumper." We talk about it with FNR's Jon Decker.

- Ryan Nobles of CNN is a Washington Correspondent and he joins us to recap the testimony yesterday in the impeachment inquiry and other issues.
