Lee Center Man Apprehended On Outstanding Warrants

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police arrested a Lee Center man on outstanding arrest warrants. 27-year-old Richard True of Slone Road is charged with 3rd degree Tampering with a Witness, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Officials say one of the warrants involved an incident where it's alleged that True contacted a witness to a burglary investigation and threatened him. True will answer the charges at a later date in Utica City Court.
