According to Oneida City Police, 34 year old Curtis Henry was arrested by State police on the New York State Thruway near Albany at around 3 a.m. this morning.

Henry was picked up on a warrant from the City of Oneida on possession and sale of controlled substances for which he faces multiple felony charges.

The arrest stems from a June investigation that says Henry allegedly possessed and sold crack-cocaine in the City of Oneida.

Henry was arraigned in Madison County Court and is being held at the Madison County Jail on $100,000 bail or $200,000 bond.

He will appear in court to answer charges on October 15th.
