SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a 26-year-old man wounded in a shooting on a Syracuse street last month has died from his injuries.

Syracuse police say Tuesday that officers found Gerald Solomon suffering from a gunshot wound late on the night of July 28 on Coolidge Avenue. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.

Police say the Syracuse man died at the hospital last Friday.

No arrests have been made. The investigation into the shooting is continuing.
