A multi-agency manhunt is on for a former Los Angeles Police Department officer who allegedly shot three people, killing a fellow officer.

Police say 33-year old Christopher Jordan Dorner is considered armed and dangerous.  Dorner is suspected of shooting three officers overnight in Riverside and Corona in California.

At this time it is also believed that Dorner killed the daughter of a former LAPD officer and her fiancee.

Dorner was fired from the LAPD in 2009 on charges that he made false statements.  He posted what is being described by authorities as a "manifesto" on his Facebook page.  In it he wrote, "Self preservation is no longer important to me."
