Morrisville Man Arrested For Raping Girl Under 15

New York State Police and the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center announce the arrest of a 19-year-old Morrisville man on Rape charges.

Officials say, Joshua Eberle allegedly had sexual intercourse with a female under the age of 15-years-old.

The incident occurred in August at a residence in Westmoreland.

Eberle was arrested and charged with Rape in the second degree and a Criminal Sex Act in the second degree.

An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim and the victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
