Mysterious Sign Posted In New Hartford Shopping Center

A new local business, The 4th Wall: Comics & Collectables, is opening in the New Hartford Shopping Center.

While they're 'under construction' they have a few things propped in the window to tease what will be available. Comics, pop figures, collectables, games and much more will be available in their shop. They have autographed film and comic memorabilia, including several Stan Lee autographs. A comic book subscription service will also be available.

Owners Frank and Kyle, have big ideas for the back of the shop. They plan to have a gaming area with nostalgic pinball and space invader machines and tables for card tournaments. They have also set aside space for The Rogue Gallery, which will feature science fiction and fantasy artwork from local artists.

The 4th Wall will open it's doors on Friday, May 5th, with special grand opening events happening all weekend. Thursday, 'May The 4th Be With You' will be a soft opening day.
