National Grid Goes Mobile

National Grid's new mobile site is putting storm information in the palm of your hand.

Customers who access www.nationalgrid.com through the new site will be able to view power outage maps, report and outage or check on the status of a power outage.

The mobile site also features a section of important storms safety tips, along with contact information for National Grid's customer service team.

Future plans for National Grid's mobile website include adding features like bill paying.
