New Image For Whitesboro Street Site In Utica

The owner of A&P Master Images has purchased the former Richard Frank Building on lower Whitesboro Street from the Utica Urban Renewal Agency.

Howard Potter founded his company in 2003 and ran the business out of his home in Utica before relocating to Yorkville.

Potter plans to invest at least $250,000 in new equipment.

A&P Master Images, which specializes in promotional items. currrently has 13 employees and hopes to add four more within the year.
