Week 1 in the 2022 NFL season is now in the past and if your a Buffalo Bills fan, you're thinking your team is the favorite to win the Super Bowl after a dominating performance against the defending Super Bowl champion Loss Angeles Rams.

The Kansas City Chiefs are also in the mix, with their convincing win over the Arizona Cardinals and the Minnesota Vikings might take a huge step in 2022 and a favorite in the NFC.

The Bills are preparing for their week 2 game at home against the Tennessee Titans at Highmark Stadium. It's another primetime game, this time as the early game on a Monday Night Football doubleheader. Kickoff will be at 7:15, not the usual 8:20 pm we're used to for night games.

If you have looked at the schedule, the you probably know that the middle portion of the Bills scchedule appears far easier than the first six weeks of the season and other than the away night game against the Cincinnati Bengals in week 16, the end isn't that bad either.

The Bills have appeared to also catch a lucky break for their week 5 game at Highmark Stadium.

Pittsburgh Steelers star edge rusher T.J. Watt tore his pec muscle towards the end of their week 1 win against the Bengals and according to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Watt won't need surgery but is expected to be sidelined at least six weeks with his injury.

Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network confirmed this morning that the hope is Watt returns by mid-season.

Six weeks out of the lineup would mean Watt misses the Steelers week 5 game at the Bills.

Watt is arguably the best defensive player in the NFL. The only other player in contention for that honor is Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald. In fact, Watt is in contention for the best player in the NFL, period.

Watt has 22.5 sacks last season, which led the NFL. He's missed four games in his NFL career since 2017 and the Steelers have lost all four of those games.

Him not playing against the Bills is huge and could mean the difference between the Bills having a close game or a blowout victory.
