Norwich Couple Arrested On Sex Abuse Charges

A Norwich couple is facing a slew of charges following the conclusion of a sexual abuse case by the Chenango County Sheriff's Office.

Officials say Thomas E. Miller, 37, and Kristin J. Miller, 33, are alleged to have been involved in the sexual abuse of a child less than 15 years old.

Both are charged with one count each of rape, criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.

They were sent to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
