NY State Motor Vehicles Department Reports Statewide Problem

New Yorkers trying to get driver's licenses and other material on line or at their local motor vehicle offices are having problems today.  

The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles says they are experiencing a slowdown which is impacting services in their offices and their web transactions.

There has been no reason given for the problem or when it may be corrected.

The issue is impacting DMV offices statewide as well as on-line processing.
