
Officer Shot; Suspect Killed After Domestic Dispute
GLENVILLE, N.Y. (AP) — Police say an officer has been wounded and a suspect killed after a domestic dispute turned violent.
WNYT-13 reported Glenville police were called to a home at about 11 p.m. Friday evening. Police say a man came outside and charged the officers with a weapon, and police opened fire. One officer was injured and the suspect was killed.
It's not immediately clear what type of weapon the suspect had, or whether the officer was injured by friendly fire.
The officer was in stable condition after surgery, the station reported.
