SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities in Syracuse, New York say a 21-year-old's neck was grazed by a bullet in an overnight shooting.

Syracuse.com reports Monday that police responded around midnight on the city's south side.

There was no immediate information on a suspect. Bullet casings were found at the scene, but the victim did not cooperate with investigators.

Police Sgt. Richard Helterline says the victim's injuries are not life threatening.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
