Plea Entered in Baby Injury Case

A Johnson City man is admitting he seriously injured his 5 month old baby while caring for the child in September of 2015.

The Broome County District Attorney's Office says 21 year old Ngozi Feurtado has pleaded guilty to reckless assault.

He faces up to seven year in prison when he is sentenced in June.
