Poland Couple Arrested for Hosting Underage Drinking Party

A Poland couple is facing charges for allegedly serving alcohol to minors.

According to New York State Police 35-year-old John Conkling and 35-year-old Janel Goodney have been arrested following a two-month long investigation, stemming from a complaint the couple hosted a party at their residence on South Main Street.

The investigation revealed that there were underage teens at the party and Conkling and Goodney served them alcohol. They are both facing 6 counts of endangering the welfare of a child and Unlawfully dealing with a Child.
