Name: Ashley M. Balandis, 33

DOB: 04/06/1988

Description: White Female, 5’03, 150 lbs, brown wavy hair, green eyes.

Police say, Balandis has 3 active arrest warrants out of Rome City Court for Burglary 2nd, a class C felony, Assault 3rd, a class A misdemeanor and Harassment 2nd, a violation.

These warrants have been issued in relation to a domestic incident that occurred in the City of Rome, according to Rome City Patrolman James Richardson.  He says, Balandis is accused of unlawfully entering a residence and physically attacking a male and female relative within the residence. As a result of the alleged attack, the male sustained a physical injury, said Richardson.

Police say If anyone comes into contact with Balandis, they should not approach her. Police are asking for calls to be made to the Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers tip line anonymously at 1-866-730-8477.

Richardson added as a reminder that "everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law."
