Four people, including an infant, were injured when a car crashed into an Amish buggy in the town of Mexico this weekend.

State Police have charged Kenneth Nassoiy Jr. of Pulaski with DWI and vehicular assault following the accident on State Route 3.

Police say all three occupants in the buggy - two adults and an infant - were ejected when Nassoiy struck them from behind in his Jeep. The 3-month old child suffered multiple skull fractures and is being treated at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, police said. The adults were treated for head, shoulder and leg injuries.

Nassoiy's Jeep overturned but he was not seriously injured. He was being held in the Oswego County Justice Center on $1,000 bail and is due in court this week.
