Portion Of Utica DPW Truck Overturns

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Heavy snow has made travel on most local roads tricky today, however, there is one portion of Broad Street that is definetly safe to drive on.

That's because a salt hopper on the back of Utica DPW truck broke and overturned this morning sending salt all across the road.

No one was injured. That portion of Broad Street was closed for a while today but it has since re-opened, according to police.
