Proctor HS Students Visit DC, Visit With Congressman Brindisi

Students from Proctor High School in Utica visited Washington, DC on an end of year trip as part of the Young Scholars program.

The students, who had just finished their freshman year, joined Congressman Anthony Brindisi on the steps of the Capitol.

Brindisi fielded questions on how Congress works, public service and other topics.

“These kids are so impressive,” Brindisi said. “They asked tough, thoughtful questions and I am confident our future is in good hands with this next generation of leaders.”
