The American Red Cross will be opening bulk distribution sites in Herkimer County tomorrow to help flood victims in Central New York.

The bulk distribution sites will provide assistance to residents whose homes or businesses were destroyed by the recent flooding.

Sharon Smith of the Red Cross says residents can get things like clean-up kits, shovels, rakes and Clorox.

Residents can also pickup water and flashlights.

The distribution centers will be open from 10:00 to 2:00 at the Remington Arms parking lot in Ilion and the former Mohawk High School on Grove Street.

There will also be a distribution site at the Village of Clinton Municipal Building on Route 12-B.
