The 20th annual Ride For Missing Children is taking place today.

About 500 bicyclists left State Police Troop D Headquarters in Oneida this morning for a nearly 100-mile ride that will end this evening at the New Hartford Rec Center.

The riders will be stopping at several schools along the way.

The ride is held to raise awareness of the plight of missing children. It also raises funds to support poster distribution at the Mohawk Valley Office of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

New this year is a Mobile Telethon.  You can call 624-RIDE to make a donation.
