Rome, Pa. Man Charged with 100+ Harassment Counts

A Bradford County, Pennsylvania man is accused of harassing two women for years.

State Police say 63-year-old Barry Bowen of Rome is charged with two counts of stalking and 123 counts of harassment by communication.

Bowen is accused of repeatedly calling a 49-year-old Rome woman’s blocked phone number and hanging up or making sexually degrading comments over the course of eight years, including putting a Global Positioning System on her vehicle and was allegedly seen on video going through her garbage.

Investigators say Bowen is accused of harassing and stalking the second woman, a 50-year-old from Towanda from March of 2014 through this January 9, 2015.
