Rome Woman Facing Identity Theft Charges

A Rome woman is facing identity theft charges after allegedly using another person's bank account to make credit card payments.

The Oneida County Sheriff's office says 25 year old Angel Aldrich made two payments on her own credit card account using the other person's banking information.

Aldrich is charged with felony identity theft and was released on an appearance ticket.
