Westmoreland, NY (WIBX) - State Police in Marcy have arrested a second person, following a March 2010 burglary.

According to State Police, 64-year-old John Frateschi, formerly of Jamesville, is being charged with allegedly entering a woman's house in Westmoreland and forcibly stealing items from her.

Frateschi, who is currently an inmate at the Groveland Correctional Facility, was arraigned in Oneida County Court, then sent back to the New York State Department of Corrections. He is charged with one count of second degree burglary.

Frateschi is already serving time relating to another burglary and robbery in Onondaga County.

His alleged accomplice, 24-year-old Lydia Perry-Mosher, was arrested in February and also charged with second degree robbery.
