State Senator James L. Seward (R/C/I–Oneonta) will be in Herkimer County, Tuesday, July 23rd at Herkimer County Community College.

Senator Seward will check on progress being made by state officials registering homeowners, small business owners and others for funding through the “Mohawk Valley and 2013 Upstate Flood Recovery Program.”  Staff from the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS), New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), and other state agencies are stationed at Herkimer Community College and three other locations in the Mohawk Valley to provide eligible applicants with application assistance following recent flooding in New YorkFlood recovery centers are now open throughout the region.
