Sleep Depravation Can Cost You Years on Your Life
Dr. Hania Alaidroos is a Family Practice Physician and she was on this week about a new study that claims that those whop don't get 8 to 12 hours of sleep are taking years off their life. The new study reveals that impacts of sleep deprivation actually negatively changes your DNA and has lasting negative effects on your body.
Keeler explained his theory that staying awake just two hours longer each day, adds almost entire month of awake hours over the course of a month; that's 2 hours per day, 14 hours a week, 728 hours a year or 31.33 days annually. Alaidroos says while that seems great on paper, she feels the study shows that your lifespan will be shortened significantly.
