Snow Emergency In Utica

Utica, NY (WIBX) -  The City of Utica is declaring a Snow Emergency.

It will be in effect from 10:00 tonight through 10:00 Saturday morning.

All cars must be off city streets by 10:00 tonight or they will be towed at the owner's expense.
