Taberg Man Injured During Early Morning Snowmobile Accident In Annsville

A Taberg man is in the hospital following an early morning snowmobile accident in the Town of Annsville.

Oneida County Sheriff Rob Maciol says Thomas Potter, 41, was riding northeast on trail C4 at about two this morning, when he struck a downed tree that fell across the path.

Potter suffered injuries to his face, neck and back and was taken to St. Elizabeth's Hospital for treatment.

The scene is still under investigation.
