Today Is Primary Day

Today is Primary Day across New York State.

In a key local race, Utica Common Council President Bill Morehouse faces Councilman Jim Zecca in a Democratic Primary for Comptroller.

There's also a Democratic primary for the Utica Common Council's First Ward seat between current Councilman Frank Vescera and Ashley Torres.

Polls are open locally from noon to 9:00.
