UPDATE: Power Back On At Turning Stone

UPDATE: 07/24/2015 9:08am  Power has been restored at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino

According to a written release from the Turning Stone "(a)ll venues, restaurants, Exit 33, hotels, [and the] gaming floor are open today and operating on normal schedules.  Ska:na Spa, Ahsi Day Spa and Salon, and the Sportsplex will open as usual tomorrow, Saturday, July 25."

There was a major power outage at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino on Thursday that caused major inconvenience for guests.

We experienced earlier this morning some isolated power outages at Turning Stone Resort Casino. Thankfully, we’re prepared for this type of situation and were able to identify the problem and move quickly to resolve it.

Officials at TSRC say "This outage is the result of an unprecedented event involving one of our transformers. Experts from National Grid and other electrical engineers are at Turning Stone working with our team to find a solution as quickly as possible."
