Two Injured In Whitestown Crash

Whitestown, NY (WIBX) - Two people were injured in a two-car accident at the intersection of Sutliff and Clear Roads in Whitestown.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says a car driven by 63-year old Charles Cox of Rome collided with a vehicle driven by 57-year old Rosemary Carollo.

Carollo had to be extricated from her vehicle by Oriskany firefighters

She was taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center

Cox suffered facial injures and was taken to Rome Hospital.

The accident remains under investigation.
