Utica, NY (WIBX) - Two Utica teens are facing weapons charges, after police say they found them each carrying loaded handguns.

19 year old Jorge Ramos was stopped by police at one of the city's road safety checkpoints, early Saturday morning on May 21, 2011.  After a search, police say they found him carrying a loaded .22 caliber semi-automatic hand gun. His passenger, 18 year old Felix Zorrilla was also found with a loaded .380 caliber semi-automatic handgun. Both teens were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony. 

A third Utican, 21 year old Jeffery Blount was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arrested on an open bench warrant.
