Utica, NY (WIBX) - Three people were taken to jail for allegedly making graffiti on private property.Utica police say they arrested the individuals after observing their suspicious activity in an alley way near the area of Bleecker street. Officials also report finding several empty cans of spray paint and large quantity of graffiti on the side of the building. Police are asking for the public's help to identify the illegal markings and urge anyone who may have been a victim of graffiti similar to the ones found last night, to contact the Utica Police Department.

Those arrested Are:

Richard Scutt (53) of Varick Street in Utica

Kevin Scutt (26) of Varick Street in Utica

Katherine Scutt (21) of Varick Street in Utica

The suspects are charges with: Making Graffiti - A misdemeanor
