Utica Man Charged With Possessing Heroin

A Utica man was arrested on drug charges after State Police executed a search warrant at an apartment on James Street.

47-year old Juan Morales was allegedly found to be in possession of multiple grams of heroin, drug paraphernalia, and cash.

He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and further arrests are pending.
