Utica Man Charged With Raping 11 Year Old Girl

A Utica man is facing a felony charge for allegedly having sex with a child.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 24-year old Seth Bidwell had sex with a girl under the age of 11 in Utica.

Bidwell is charged with rape.

An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the victim.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
