Utica Man Facing Additional Charge

Oriskany, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was charged with an additional crime while being booked into the Oneida County Jail on a parole violation.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, 56-year old James Mills was in possession of a piece of crack cocaine.

Mills was charged with promoting prison contraband.

He's being held without bail as a parole violator.
