Utica Woman Arrested For Aggravated DWI On NY State Thruway

A Utica woman has been charged with Aggravated DWI following a single-car crash on the NY State Thruway.

State Police say, Troopers responded to the scene of the accident just before 8 p.m. Monday.

The uninjured driver, 37-year-old Rachelle Cobell, was found to be allegedly intoxicated.

She was taken into custody and transported to the State Police barracks in Schuyler where her BAC was determined to be .21%.

She was charged and released to a sober third party and will appear in City of Utica court at a later date.
