Whitesboro Woman Accused Of Robberies In Yorkville And Manlius

A Whitesboro woman is accused of robbing the Stewart's Shop on Champlin Avenue.

Yorkville Police say, officers arrived on scene Sunday evening for the reported robbery and were notified a white female suspect entered the store armed with a pair of scissors demanding money from a clerk.

An undisclosed amount of money was taken and the suspect fled the store leaving in a taxi towards the City of Utica.

Information gathered eventually led police to 26-year-old Mercedez Rosado and she was charged with Robbery.

She was then handed over to Manlius Police for her connection to an alleged robbery of a Walgreens on Cazenovia Road on October 19th.
