Utica-based Rising Phoenix Holdings Corporation will match up to $50,000 in donations to The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties to aid those residents of the two counties recovery from recent flooding.

“This is a remarkable gesture, one that will double the impact of donors who want to help those in need following the October 31 flooding,” said Alicia Dicks, Community Foundation President/CEO. “We’re pleased to partner with Rising Phoenix in support of flood recovery efforts.”

Rising Phoenix is parent company of the nation's leading disaster preparedness and recovery firm,  Adjusters International and Tidal Basic Government Consulting.
