Arrest Made In Blandina Street Shooting

A Utica man has been arrested in connection with a shooting on the 900 block of Blandina Street earlier this month.

Utica Police have charged 32-year old Eddie Richardson with assault and robbery.

A man was shot in the back and suffered serious injuries on July 3rd.
