Camden Man Arrested for DWI While Riding a Moped
A Camden man is facing DWI charges following a traffic stop in Annsville Saturday afternoon.
State Police received a 911 call of a moped driving erratically on Lee Center-Taberg Road.
A Trooper later located the moped in the driveway of a residence on that road. A witness had been following the rider and identified him to police.
The Trooper interviewed 53-year-old Johnathan Kimball and discovered a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.
Sobriety tests indicated he was allegedly intoxicated and a breath test determined a BAC of .25%. He was ultimately charged with Aggravated DWI.
