Two Men Arrested Following Shooting In Utica
Utica Police responded to a shooting on the intersection of Lansing and Mohawk Street early Saturday morning.
A man reported to police that he had engaged in an argument with at least two other individuals. During the course of the argument a handgun was pulled and he was struck twice in the leg.
During the course of the investigation the names of the parties involved were learned and consequently 37-year-old Raymond Guarano and 29-year-old Joseph Pavia were taken into custody at a nearby residence without incident.
Within the residence a handgun, ammunition and a quantity of narcotics were discovered and both individuals are facing several charged with additional charges pending.
