Canastota Man Charged In Oneida Woman’s Murder

A Canastota man has been charged in the death of 32-year old Tiffany Meeks of Oneida.

32-year old Kevin Farley is facing numerous charges, including first-degree murder and attempted rape.

Meeks was found dead inside her North Lake Street home on August 4th.

Farley was arraigned today in Madison County Court.
