QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (AP) — A central New York man has been found guilty of killing a man during a robbery at the victim's upstate home last summer.

A Warren County jury deliberated less than three hours Thursday before convicting 46-year-old Robert Henry, of Ilion, of murder, robbery and other charges in the slaying of 58-year-old Kevin Jenks.

Henry strangled Jenks inside his Glens Falls home last July 6, then stole thousands of dollars in valuables from the house.

Prosecutors say Henry solicited Jenks through an online classified advertisement, then recruited friends from central New York to go to Glens Falls with him to rob Jenks' home.

A co-defendant, Kevin Chapman, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder last fall and testified against Henry. Chapman said during the trial that Henry killed Jenks as they looted his home.
