Clark Mills Man Arrested For Hitting and Choking His Girlfriend
A Clark Mills man has been arrested following an investigation into a domestic dispute.
Kirkland Police report that 30-year-old David Styles allegedly struck his girlfriend in the face following a disagreement. He then proceeded to choker her around the neck. Two children were present during the assault.
Police report that when the female tried to call 911 for police assistance is when she was struck. The 31-year-old female victim finally called 911 and Styles was arrested. He is facing several charges including felony Grand Larceny, Assault, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
He was arraigned in the Town of Kirkland Court and was remanded to the Oneida County Jail on $7,500 bond. He will appear in court again at a later date.
