Clinton Man Charged With Attempted Burglary At Randall’s Pharmacy

A Clinton man has been arrested following an attempted burglary at Randall's Pharmacy in New Hartford in July.

New Hartford Police have charged 28-year old Paul McKelvey with attempted burglary and criminal mischief, both felonies.

Police say McKelvey allegedly attempted to enter the building through the rear door of the business, which was closed at the time.

He's also accused of trying to break through the glass entry door using an unknown object, causing damage to the door.

McKelvey was arraigned in New Hartford Town Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $3,000 bail.
