Father Sean O'brien is back from his military service in Africa and he came home with big news.

The local Catholic priest serves as a chaplain in the United States Navy and he was on Keeler this week.  He described his time in Africa as the the person who was in charge of all faiths in the military there.  He talked about how each of the faiths were able to work together and get along for their common goal.

He did have bad news.  The Catholic Diocese in Syracuse has transferred him to a parish in East Syracuse, so he's leaving the Boonville area.

Listen to the interview here and check out the photo gallery of photos he brought home from Africa.
