It was a duel to the finish, but Denny Hamlin was able to sustain his lead and hold off Martin Truex Jr. to win at Kansas Speedway.

Hamlin's second win of the season moves him to fifth place overall, 23 points behind Greg Biffle, who finished fifth on Sunday. Truex led 173 laps, jumping two spots in the standings to second, just 15 points behind Biffle. Complete standings.

Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth and Biffle rounded out the top 5, followed by Kevin Harvick, Dale Jr., Kasey Kahne, Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch. Complete results.

A.J. Allmendinger held the pole position for 44 laps but finished 32nd.
